The fix isn't in. The argument is ridiculous. It's like saying religious judges can't rule on those first amendment issues, a minority judge can't rule on civil rights, or no judge can rule on Social Security because it'll effect him in old age, etc.

The ruling itself is flawed. There was no reason to make it personal.
