It sticks in mine also. As the young man said, they enlisted in the military and are putting their lives on the line for our country, they were not trying to wear a sash for some college they’re going to.
I find this sad. However, I wonder how the military would react if someone wanted to wear their high school graduation sash during boot camp graduation. That is why I don’t get to hung up on these stories. The situation would be the exact same if it was a student wanting to wear something different for their boot camp graduation and the military said no.
It is called uniformity. They shouldnt have gone against the graduation code. How about two peeps showing up wearing brown uniforms from obama’s americorpse?
