Yes getting more debate practice would make Palin a better candidate should she win the nomination. She obviously has reasons for waiting but these other candidates will be out there with specific policy proposals while she is speaking in generalities. Not sure how long that will work for her.

I'm not so sure there will be any policy specifics out of these debates. IMO, they are nothing more than a recitation of talking points. Boring.

Then sometimes they look like a bad episode of Survivor with participants deciding on who the target of the evening should be.
