Asked whether the administration would consider challenging the Alabama law, a Justice Department representative had no comment Monday.

I hope what they indicate will become reality.

This thing will be stopped cold for the education portions alone.
If the E-Verify part is attached as a requirement in maintaining a business license, (like AZ) then that should stand.
