Paul makes great points (some I agree with, some I don’t) and I’m glad he’s giving voice to true Constitutionalism, but he’s not LEADERSHIP material. Being leader of the free world requires far more than good talking points and being “smart.”

If Palin’s Rand Paul endorsement is any indication, she will make sure to incorporate the best of what papa Paul has to say into her own views, as they already are shared to begin with...She has libertarian-leanings in all the right places.

My preference is for Ron Paul. The likely result though is, my gut tells me, a Palin romp. I like Paul 1 and Palin 2 (Bachmann 3, and she did well tonight). Palin will need a cabinet, will need advisors. I’d rather see Ron Paul attacking Obama or Romney, and not Palin. They do agree on a lot, and Ron Paul does know a good number of people who are dedicating to cutting federal government. If Palin is the nominee, Palin’s foreign policy would apply, if Paul is the nominee, Paul’s foreign policy would apply.
