It's unconstitutional to have a law that forces you to obtain government healthcare.

That appears to be true. But who is the final arbiter as to what is or is not constitutional? Does it reside in the President alone? Can the president refuse to execute laws because he alone believes them to be unconstitutional?

Well, hopefully the congress will not fund obamacare.

The dems did that all the time when they were the majority in the house.

Like has been mentioned quite a bit lately, the next President can just grant waivers to everyone and that would take care of it.
