A non interventionist foreign policy is a conservative foreign policy. Spending trillions of dollars a year to police the world is not conservative, and that’s the policy that we have right now.

I don’t think so. Libertarians are isolationists.
I don’t think isolationism is good foreign policy.
Nor do I think “world police,” with our activities in Yemen and Libya particularly, are wise or constitutional.
But taking the war to those who make trouble for us (the Taliban) or aiding our allies in just causes is conservative; and Libertarians oppose these things.
