I’m happy to hear you don’t have a problem with E-verify.

Here is the problem with E-Verify:

The Governor (Nikki Haley) said she told Napolitano that South Carolina cannot enforce illegal immigration because the federal government will not allow the state to look at E-Verify summaries.

They’ll get sued if they continue on this path and be forced to release the information. And I think Obama won’t make it another four years in office.

Thanks for linking that.

Obama and Napolitano have many problems and though Nappy says she agrees with E-verify I really doubt that she does.

SCOTUS has ruled already so this could get interesting.
