It was my experience as EMS that dying declarations were considered weighty, if hearsay evidence.

If Mr. Edwards wishes to confront Elizabeth, he may, but that would involve a change in venue.

At this point, however, her statements would be used as evidence if properly constructed, and the acuser would be the State or Federal Government.

Like it or not, the same logic has been used in every case where an anonymous tip has led to an arrest.
