I’m sorry, but I have to respond to shallow arguments like this one. Sarah endorsed Perry to retain a job he already had - the weakest constitutional governorship in the nation - over an awful inside the beltway hag who Sarah had a personal rift with. Besides, she and RP were fellow governors. That’s hardly worth bringing up in context of Sarah and Perry and the 2012 Presidential Race.
She also endorsed John McCain in 2010 for an office he already had. McCain and her had a relationship as you might remember. These are called courtesies, and nothing more should be read into them. These are not at all like the total unknown’s she endorsed and made viable simply by her endorsement.
Now, if she comes out and endorses Perry for President and does so strongly, that’s another thing altogether. But until then, the 2010 endorsement over Hutchinson is totally irrelevant.
