They have seen the real polls and they show obozo is a one termer no matter what they do. This means Palin can’t get the nomination or they are doomed.

Pray for America

You are right on the money, man. Just the mention of her name drives them insane with hatred. Hatred like love is a powerful emotion that takes some people over the edge. Makes their reflexes and responses retard. It leaves them open for the kind of jabs Sarah has been pummeling them with the last couple of weeks.

Their hatred is born of their intense fear of her. They know if she runs she wins. If you believe the LSM the Republican field is weak and generates no excitement. To that I say bull. We have several trend setters making a bid and making things happen. We’ve got Bachman, Cain, Pawlenty’s starting to come on, then there may be Perry. Yowzza nothing like a little Tejas to spice things up. Now tell me these few don’t generate a wow factor.

But then in a class of her own, is Sarah Palin. She generates enough excitement for both parties to envy. She has that appeal and Hollywood knows it. She has that star power pull without talking down to you. She’s one of us and we can feel it. The other side feels it too and so they are running scared of this woman.

As for the "Newspaper of Record," "Times reporters will be in Juneau, the state capital

... writes a reporter from the New York Times, which is not in the state capital.

Smug New Yorkers can be such ignorant provincials when in the real world, all the while believing themselves to be out amongst the rubes.

It's really funny sometimes.

Well one thing we know for sure...Palin has GOT to the cleanest politician, politically and morally, that has come down the pipe in some time. She's had the media equivalent of a rectal exam for what....four years now?...and it shows no sign of letting up.

And the worst they can come up with is "she's dumb". Right. Which is why there's no scandal to be found.

I saw something very telling. She gave a short airport interview a little while back in Arizona. Todd wasn't with her..but her dad and Piper were. Very smart. She does this all time. Keeps at least ONE member of her family with her at all times probably to avoid slanders about affairs. Very smart.

I see a LOT of Ronald Reagan from the 1980 campaign in Sarah Palin now--Reagan in many ways just bypassed the MSM and totally drove them nuts.

What we're seeing in the MSM right now is just as bad as the infamous yellow journalism wars between William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer. Indeed, one of the sentences from the English Wikipedia article on this subject:

By extension Yellow Journalism is used today as a pejorative to decry any journalism that treats news in an unprofessional or unethical fashion.

Absolutely describes the Left-leaning MSM almost perfectly.

I have always liked Sarah Palin but had a few reservations about her electability (I thought the same about Ronald Reagan). Well today, I have become a die hard Palin supporter.

Sarah is the George Washington of the Tea Party movement. It is as if the entire MSM armada has arrived at New York Harbor to take on our little rag tag army of Patriots.

We now have a Leader.

She has been chosen by Providence.

The war for our nation has begun in earnest.

Don't Tread on Me!

Maybe you should take a quick peek over at DU. They are literally begging her to run.

“Absolutely describes the Left-leaning MSM almost perfectly.”

Oh yes, yellow journalism at it’s finest or should I say lowest. I also agree with what you say about Reagan. I was actually going to put that same thought in my last post.

They are only parrotting the media mantra. The media scoffs at her and acts like she is an idiot. That is why the DUers want her to run.

What the DUers are too dense to realize is that the liberal media will attack the person they view as the greatest threat to liberalism. The media isn’t attacking Romney, nor Cain, nor Pawlenty, nor any other GOPer.

They have been attacking Palin since her first public appearance. They are T*E*R*R*F*I*E*D of her.

Yeah, I’m not yet convinced of Palin’s electability...but I also am starting to think a ham sandwich could beat Obama if the economy continues it’s recent free-fall for much longer.

Palin still has very high negatives.

Yet we still have morons on FR who insist that our candidate "must be liked by the media and have a positive reception on Leno and Letterman.

Some people display stupidity. Others wallow in it.

“This is the one candidate they fear more than anything else. “

“The left always tell us who they fear.” - Rush

IMO Perhaps the most insightful and important thing he ever has or ever will say...and that’s saying a lot. There is no denying the truth of it.

Then they troll here and try to appear relevant...

“Some people display stupidity. Others wallow in it”

Publicly...And are proud of themselves for doing so. Makes them feel like Oracles of Delphi I imagine.

I will never understand why so many refuse to accept the truth when it slaps them in the face. All the “she can’t win” crap is defeatism of the worst kind.

She needs none the the MSM crap/support. She has an army of millions who could care less about what Leno/Perky ones think. And we have 17 months to recruit.

In other words, the Times and the Post want to prove they're still relevant in an era when tons of "news that's fit to print" isn't printed at all but gets posted by someone sitting at home in his pajamas.

As you Buckhead reverberate though time...
