I can’t stand this guy anymore than anyone else here. But this is nothing unless it can be shown that he had inappropriate communications with this girl. It is no wonder that adults shy away from having any part in young people lives these days. And it is no wonder that the kids are so selfish and hardened.

The Spokesperson for the Democratic Party said it’s a personal matter & it’s nobody’s business.

The latest Fox article about this mentions “messages” and that Weiner said they weren’t indecent. Nothing he says can be trusted, and the number of messages could be telling. Any continual communication between Weiner and a teen, say beyond 2 or 3 messages at the most, becomes extremely suspicious.

I was watching “Inside Washington” [local political show in DC] tonight. Nina Totenberg [NPR], Colbert King [Wa Po], Evan Thomas [Newsweek], Mark Shields [Wa Po], and Charles Krauthammer were on tap.

All agreed that if he DOES NOT resign, he WILL NOT be in the next Congress.

Reason is that New York is going to lose 2 seats in Congress - this means redistricting.

Prior to this mess, they [New York Legislature] WERE NOT going to redistrict Weiner. NOW, they will if he DOES NOT resign from Congress.

End result is that Weiner IS OUT - either by resignation OR by redistricting ...

So what are they supposed to arrest him for? Contributing to the delinquency of a minor?

I have found that the most ardent defenders of little Tony have, in fact, been women.

Go figure.

On Twitter, the vitriol directed at Andrew Brietbart by women this past week, utterly dwarfs the anger actually directed at the Congressman.

Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac, observed Henry Kissinger.

Are these the same women who accuse their co-workers of sexual harassment to the HR, when they hold the doors open for them? Somehow I think they are.

and yet once again, the NOW gang is silent.

I've always said that conservative women are the true feminists. Of course he should resign. It also seems that there may be a chance that he'll face criminal charges, or at least should face criminal charges.

And NOW remains silent.

They're too busy going through Sarah Palin’s emails.

I honestly laughed out loud when I read your post.

The GOP leadership will talk about “civility”.......while our side is savaged daily.
