I am a Cain fan but which of the two brings foreign policy experience? This would be an achilles heel for this ticket.

Most recent Presidents have been governors. Governors don't have foreign policy experience.

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner.

Sitting governors always put someone with foreign policy chops (even Al Gore was talked up for having foreign policy expertise).

Bush/Cheney, Clinton/Gore, Reagan/Bush--the pattern is too strong.
