Why would he say “I only want an apology” if he was involved in a major fraud caper?

Sham on the suckers that are buying into the DOE vague claims and innuendo. The neighbor has verified the guys story about being dragged out - and said she saw the cops were there for four hours, which makes his claim that he was held for a long time credible.

This guy isn't acting like he has anything to hide. The DOE, though, is in sleazy CYA prosecution mode, making character slurs and trying to make it seem like this schmuck was Al Capone.

He complained to the local authorities, he took his story to the press, he hasn't been arrested or charged. The DOE and the bootlicker apologists are looking like the scummy dirt bags so far.
