A California man who initially claimed to a local television station that he was roughed up by "SWAT team" members who allegedly battered down his front door to execute a search warrant related to his estranged wife's unpaid student loans was targeted due to an ongoing probe into alleged financial aid fraud.

Local law enforcement officials have thus far not commented on the Stockton man's claim to ABC News 10/KXTV that he was grabbed by the neck and placed in handcuffs in back of a patrol car for six hours as his three children looked on during execution of the search warrant on Tuesday.

Blah blah blah... “you have no facts” when the scanned affidavit is staring you in the face.

“You have an agenda” when lashing out because the scanned affidavit is staring you in the face.

It’s called “projection”... also common among libertines.

“The fact that there are details that you are not privy to. “

And you are? Details that supported getting a warrant, but that aren’t part of the warrant?

I spent 25 years in the military, but I don’t trust the government and ‘secret sources’ the way Grovel998 does...

So Jose has a “large” 1996MY Diesel vehicle of indeterminable value? That is certainly suspicious.

I think Ruby Ridge was the watershed.

With FBI assassins.

Seems like quite a few bought the lying piece of filth's story along with the lying filthy media's initial version of events.

Sounds like you are for a totalitarian government. What arrests were made? Waiting. None. Authoritarianism is not a conservative value.

You haven’t read the warrant very well if that is all you have taken from the pages. And the PC standard for a search is the same PC standard needed for an arrest. So it is factually inaccurate to say “they didn’t have enough to arrest a person.”

Virtually every allegations made by the bloggers in the case has been debunked now that the video and affidavit were made public.

Allegation: It was a no-knock. Disproven.
The cops lied when they said they used a siren. Disproven.
The cops didn’t wait if they knocked. Disproven.
The cops did a dynamic entry. Disproven.
The cops weren’t identifiable. Disproven.
This was indistinguishable from a home invasion. Disproven.

When do totalitarian governments obtain warrants issued on probable cause?

Is the guy criminal scum because of alleged financial aid fraud???

No one so far has even alleged that he was involved in any fraud. The governments statement:

"While it was reported in local media that the search was related to a defaulted student loan, that is incorrect," the statement read. "This is related to a criminal investigation. The Inspector General's Office does not execute search warrants for late loan payments."

Notice the careful wording. The statement doesn't say that the investigation was of him.

There is more to this story.

"They dragged him out in his boxer shorts, threw him to the ground and handcuffed him.”

If this "financial fraud" involved stealing my tax dollars, then I hope the guy also got a boot heel on the throat. I'm up to here with crooks and scum.

A scanned affidavit is not a warraent, show me the warrant because the judge may or may not have signed what you are showing. Show me where a judge has signed it or it is not valid. You are projecting you love of the police. We are questioning thier actions. still want to here you take on the dead police dog after the update.

“However much force is necessary to execute the warrant.”

This statement alone elimates your credibility.

Now you are just flailing about, to the point you cannot even write a coherent sentence anymore.

Just keep tightening the tinfoil.

“...the CATO Institute is a well known leftist organization,...”

Since when? CATO is a libertarian (small l) organization. They generally veer right and occasionally left, depending on the issue, but I’ve never before seen them referred to as a ‘well known leftist organization.’ Interesting that one of its co-founders/funders is that evil leftist, Charles Koch.

“And the PC standard for a search is the same PC standard needed for an arrest. So it is factually inaccurate to say “they didn’t have enough to arrest a person.”

Really? So why didn’t they arrest him? Why not get a warrant for HIM? Oh, that is right - they couldn’t.

“Virtually every allegations made by the bloggers in the case has been debunked now that the video and affidavit were made public.”

Allegation: It was a no-knock. Disproven.

Actually, they knocked a couple of times and then broke down the door in 7 seconds - long before someone in the rear of the house could have made it to the front.

The cops lied when they said they used a siren. Disproven.

They used 8 seconds of a siren that sounds like a car alarm. If I lived nearby, I wouldn’t have heard a “siren” either - just a short burst from a car alarm.

The cops didn’t wait if they knocked. Disproven.

One guy knocked using the back of his hand and an outstretched arm. 7 seconds later, they broke the door down. How often does someone answer the door within 7 seconds where you live?

The cops did a dynamic entry. Disproven.

No, they didn’t do a dynamic entry. They sprayed bullets from outside.

The cops weren’t identifiable. Disproven.

Wrong. The guy recording it, who had no walls between him and the others, couldn’t hear the cops identifying themselves as cops. At least, his microphone could not. Every hear of a bullhorn? I guess not. And I see guys in military style uniforms.

This was indistinguishable from a home invasion. Disproven.

Where do you live, igiveblowjobstopolice998?

Here is the video for any who want to see which of us is telling the truth:
