A California man who initially claimed to a local television station that he was roughed up by "SWAT team" members who allegedly battered down his front door to execute a search warrant related to his estranged wife's unpaid student loans was targeted due to an ongoing probe into alleged financial aid fraud.
Local law enforcement officials have thus far not commented on the Stockton man's claim to ABC News 10/KXTV that he was grabbed by the neck and placed in handcuffs in back of a patrol car for six hours as his three children looked on during execution of the search warrant on Tuesday.

THERE WAS NO SWAT TEAM.
What is so hard about one officer, one warrant as the norm? We aren’t discussing a major drug operation here.
So now the OIG is dragging people out of their houses in their boxer shorts at gun point, putting their knee in the back of their neck in thier front yard.
Looks like a duck, walks like a duck.
Re: My previous post:
OK, scratch SWAT and put in heavily armed department of education officers behaving in SWAT-like manner.
Makes no difference. Wrong is wrong. Whether or not it was a quote-unquote “SWAT” team or not is a distraction. Our government is using armed goon squads to terrorize its citizens for non-violent monetary crimes.
IT WAS THE NEIGHBOR WHO SAID SWAT TEAM
“”They surrounded the house; it was like a task force of SWAT team,” she told the station. “They all had guns. They dragged him out in his boxer shorts, threw him to the ground and handcuffed him.”
It sets a dangerous precedent. Will they shoot on sight all who litter ? It seems a bit excessive to use a SWAT
team for "alleged financial aid fraud".
Did the door get broken down? Did the “OIG” cops carry of use anything on this raid that might be considered a special weapon? If the door was broken down, what special equipment was used to do that?
When did YOU quit your job as a carnival barker?
So SWAT teams are good to go serving search warrants for fraud? This guy was obviously armed and dangerous?
///
it wasn’t a Police Swat team.
and while the estrange wife who wasn’t living there, when her CHILDREN were taken away in,
may have been guity of “financial aid fraud” instead of simply unpaid loans...
it still seems unworthy of a SWAT team.
(especially after the recent murder of a Marine, by Dupnik’s SWAT team).
...apparently, the Dept. of Education, has it’s OWN SWAT team.

“ He went on to say OIG is a semi-independent branch of the U.S. Department of Education that executes warrants for criminal offenses such as student aid fraud and embezzlement of federal aid.” “
Kicked in the front door at 6am, dragged the guy out in his underear, and put their knee in the back of his neck in his front yeard while they seached his house.
Looks like SWAT, acts like SWAT.
I don't care what THEY call it, I'm going to call it like I see it.
So? Swat team for student loan fraud? GMAFB!
So? Swat team for student loan fraud? GMAFB!
Is the guy criminal scum because of alleged financial aid fraud???
15 cops seems a bit much. are there other allegations?
There was no SWAT team.
2. Why did SWAT go into a nonviolent, non-hostage situation with guns drawn while there were children in the home?
There was no SWAT Team.
3. If their intel was so rock-solid, why after 6 hours in a police car with his children, did they release the man without arrest?
Because in many cases, an arrest after a search warrant is made later. Either because the criminal at the time agrees to cooperate or if the offense is non-violent, the officers agree that rather than letting the person sit in jail and having to make bond, they will wait and indict the person.
See, I really dont care what kind of fraud was perpetrated: not paying student loans, lying on your application, etc. The use of SWAT here (as well as with the murdered Marine in AZ) is psychological warfare against the people of this country by its government. This was a non-violent crime and should have been responded to in a non-violent manner.
1. There was no SWAT Team. 2. The 'murdered' 'Marine' case in Arizona has also been shown to be an ignorant fraud, as the warrant was released showing rock solid PC of extensive criminal activity. I guess you hadn't got that memo yet. There was no SWAT team.
Okay. Still how much force is necessary to server a warrant for papers and hard drives against an “alleged” fraudster?
“THERE WAS NO SWAT TEAM.”
Just cops acting like a SWAT team. That means:
1 - SWAT teams have a reputation for gross misuse of force, and
2 - Now ‘ordinary’ cops act like that when serving a warrant for college admissions records.
And that makes you happy? Would you be interested in changing your FR name from “freedomwarrior998” to “candyasspansywhosubmits998”?
Sounds kind of like a Police State action to me.
Oh, so we are all suppose to feel better now that it was classified as criminal? Why don’t they investigate and arrest the man the old fashion way; knock on the door and present a search warrant and then proceed to search.
Embezzlement, fraud? This amount of force should be used only when there is a violent threat to the public.
Welcome to Obamanation.
The overwhelming majority of arrest warrants are served with one or two officers knocking on a door and making a routine arrest. You just don't get the media reporting on those stories in an effort to effect 'change' and 'hope' for their criminal allies.
OK.........lets call it, “ Dozens of armed officers with weapons drawn entering a home known to have children, to drag out a man in his underwear for a possible default on a student loan”.....not a swat team, just armed facists....
H0lder is the criminal.
