"You call that probable cause? "

You have overlooked that he owns a 1996 MY "large" Diesel truck of value indeterminable by the warrant author, et. al. So is it the fact that it's a Diesel that is suspicious or the fact that it is on some way "large", or that the popos can't estimate the value?

Apparently courthouses are not buildings.

Yeah and FW998 keeps pushing it as the gospel. You should ask him what he thinks about the police dog killed by his handler.

It was a “Winning The Future” moment for me. Like we don’t already have the FBI, BATF, Secret Service, TSA, IRS, etc.

Mybe they could not decide if the courthouses are owned or leased.

There are lots of dog killer popos these days. Perhaps he is one or a supporter?

Not to a troll like you. You are on the wrong side of the badge. I know you [sic] type. I would not want to share a foxhole with you. You endanger everyone and are the first to scream for their mom. We all know who you are.

You sure do use "we" a lot. I guess the voices in your head could constitute a "we" in a technical sense.

I suspect you don't want to lay out your position on those issues for other more suspect reasons however. Using the term "Troll" is a convenient excuse to cover for cowardice.

I don’t think you know what “argument from authority” actually means.

http://www.nizkor.org/features/fallacies/appeal-to-authority.html

Regardless, what you think satisfies the standard of probable cause is rather irrelevant. An independent judicial official, you know the ones whom the Constitution gives the authority to determine probable cause, found that it existed.

Your attempt at poisoning the well notwithstanding, only someone without an adequate education into what the term “probable cause” means wouldn’t find the information in the affidavit sufficient.

"if person A is not qualified to make reliable claims in subject S, then the argument will be fallacious. "

Note, I have no way to know if your credentials are valid or not. Zer0 can't even prove if he is a NBC or not.

Why do you keep asking people for their stance on issues that are not in this thread, when you will not answer questions put to you and issues you have talked about before. Can you say coward.

Those issues are very much part of this thread, as the liberaltarians are the ones in here playing the cop-hating game. Cop-hating and moral vice tend to go hand in hand.

So how about it? Abortion? Same-sex 'marriage'? Drug use? Fornication? Adultery? Pornography? God? What about it?

I will go to the other thread an post there when I feel like it. Trying to deflect the attention away from these issues onto that thread isn't going to work.

Maybe it was because the DoE was involved?

Local law enforcement could have executed the search warrant. A DOE search team is beyond the pale of reason.

No one here is hating cops. They are hating the idea that some cops will break down doors, or shoot the moment they see someone with a gun - since, after all, many of us carry guns.

“Abortion? Same-sex ‘marriage’? Drug use? Fornication? Adultery? Pornography? God? What about it?”

OK.

Abortion - opposed.

Same sex marriage - if it is same sex, it isn’t marriage.

Drug use - don’t.

Drug war - I’m giving you a freebie here...good intentions, but poorly done.

Adultery - opposed.

Fornication - opposed.

God - yes.

Now, does any of that make it a good idea to serve a warrant on college admissions using the force one expects with an armed bank robber? No.

Does it mean SWAT should shoot anyone they see with a gun, after forcibly entering a home without serious attempts at identifying themselves and giving someone a chance to open the door peaceably? No.

If I heard a commotion at my front door, I’d grab my 44 and go take a look. I shouldn’t be shot by someone breaking down my door, who assumes I am guilty and who feels free to kill me serving a warrant for an activity that doesn’t carry a death penalty anyways...

Some of us dislike that cops tend to shoot Labs who "charge" or bark at them. Even those Labs on property merely adjacent to the one at issue. It's totally retarded to shoot a Lab (unless you are Sargent (Mr. Ed) Schultz).

Baloney. The judge was probably too lazy to read the whole thing. There was simply nothing on Jose in there that justified the search warrant. What matters now is what the jurors think when Vanessa sues Pima County into oblivion.

That's not the warrant for this case. That's an affidavit for a warrant in a drug case involving the search of multiple residences.

Correct. This was related to a side argument about the Marine being killed by the Pima County Sheriff's Dept.

But he apparently owned a Diesel Truck. Clearly an indication of being Eurocentric rather than an American.

Which means as a Marine he was probably a double agent.
