What is the cost of raising babies and children at home these days? Too much, I gather...
Yeah no kidding. People do not eat healthy because they are too busy to make wise nutritional choices. When I am making most meals at home I myself tend to loose weight. None of my kids are overweight and I have a couple of couch potatoes.
i’ve got to say, none of my children ate very balanced diets when they were toddlers, and they didn’t like vegetables, and I never pushed too hard (remembering the okra incident from my own childhood) but they were never fat.
It’s more a matter of not feeding them constantly, not pushing sugary drinks, not pushing sugary snacks.
Toddlers are too lively to fatten up under most circumstances.
