She'll absolutely be convicted. If she does get the death penalty it'll be because she lied, partied and then blamed her behavior on sex abuse (no evidence) by her father and also implicated her father in the real story that the baby drown accidentally.
That might outrage the jury enough for them to kill her.
Casey is a very cold, self-centered young woman who is only content when the attention is focused on her. Today is a perfect example. The attention was totally focused on Caylee -or what was left of her - and suddenly Casey is "ill". She also did a really poor job of crying. One lone tear here or there and the same tissue all day.
I also believe she will get a retrial based on the stupidity of her attorney - Baez.
