“Chris Christie Privatizes Public Broadcasting in New Jersey”

First, to paraphrase Forrest Gump:
RINO is as RINO does.
And “conservative” is as conservative does, as well.
I respond to your post by proffering that Governor Christie — be he a RINO or not — seems to have accomplished more in his state than even so-called ‘conservative” Republicans in Congress (or Republican governors in other states) either can’t or won’t do.
Actions often speak louder and with more impact than do words.
Regardless of what Christie says (or even what he holds for personal beliefs), he seems to be governing in the right direction.
I would prefer but a few “Christies” who actually DO SOMETHING in their offices, to a gaggle of “conservatives” who “talk the talk” about reducing the scope of government and then...... do nothing.
How many OTHER Republicans — and name ONE — have succeeded in privatizing Public Broadcasting in their respective states?
That doesn’t mean I’m supporting Christie for president. But who could have believed he would have pushed New Jersey in the direction that he has?
Just sayin’....
Could you list these accomplishments please. Could you also show where NJ is now out of financial trouble through these accomplishments. There should be many since he is a "DO SOMETHING" type of guy.
Well, he’s TRYING to do the right thing, and has done so in a number of cases. This is one of them. I admitted that.
But again, unless he changes his views on Islam, the Second Amendment, the First Amendment, and Illegal Aliens, he is still in the Little League when it comes to the Presidential Races.
