My husband's cousin worked in a division that processed background checks for people in gov't to grant them firearm status. I was shocked to learn that practically every department in our government has license to carry and to used armed force.

I knew after that we as a country were in real trouble, that the second amendment is really our most important, and that I'd better get in there and be a Tea Party member to throw the bums out and try to eliminate useless gov't agencies.

Here’s the solicitation for the Dept. of Education new shotguns from 2010. Note - new guns to be compatible with existing inventory.

RAMAC #24587 GAUGE: 12 BARREL: 14” - PARKERIZED CHOKE: MODIFIED SIGHTS: GHOST RING REAR WILSON COMBAT; FRONT - XS CONTOUR BEAD SIGHT STOCK: KNOXX REDUCE RECOIL ADJUSTABLE STOCK FORE-END: SPEEDFEED SPORT-SOLID - 14” LOP are designated as the only shotguns authorized for ED based on compatibility with ED existing shotgun inventory, certified armor and combat training and protocol, maintenance, and parts.

The required date of delivery is March 22, 2010.
