And it had to be BILL to contact Weener about this, rather than Hill or Huma, in order for the latter two to be able to deny such a call. And, the Clintons and Huma can’t trust anyone else to KNOW of such a scheme. Too risky. Bill delivered the “here’s what we do, Weener” to him.
And it had to be a “here’s what we do” scheme. That needed to be conveyed from Bill to Weener, DUE TO the (what I think is the) fact that it is otherwise IMPOSSIBLE for Huma to be pregnant by Weener...and of course Weener knows that already...the “story” would all have to be staight beforehand with Weener. THEN either Bill or Weener goes to the papers with it. Or possibly Huma...but I think Weener or Bill-—the wedding officiator-—and oh SO close to Weener and Huma.
In my mind I can even hear that call. And Bill saying to everyone else, "Why, Ah heard it on the news just like you did!"
