If these judges strike this law down or at least the individual mandate, would the Obama administration appeal it to the Supremes, knowing that they would lilkely get their butts kicked again?

Yes they will appeal if the admin. loses.

Ultimately, the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on Obamacare. The admin. will not allow a loss in a lower court to stop them.

Wasn’t a part of Obamacare already ruled unconstitutional? Was it last year sometime? I remember hearing that the administration didn’t care, that they were continuing to implement Obamacare, regardless of what some court said.

So I think ultimately, only a U.S. Supreme Court ruling could stop Obamacare.

Hell yes they'll appeal to SCOTUS. And if they lose they will scream bloody murder - they are too deeply invested in this tyrannical disaster to do otherwise.

They may well win, however. The Citizens United v. FEC intimidation may have worked. Justices like to go to cocktail parties, as well. OK, maybe Scalia and Thomas may not care for those types of parties.

Doesn’t matter. Obama is going to do this with executive orders and regulations if the law is thrown out.

And congress won’t stop him.

Anyone noticing how the EPA is making destructive new laws every day?
