Popcorn Time .... Yummm !!!
The denial of this monstrosity can’t happen soon enough.
HURRY UP JUDGES. We are being enslaved here.
Play it over, and over, and over, 24/7.
Let’s Get It On!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Popcorn Time .... Yummm !!!
Attorney: “But Your Honor - my boss is a constitutional law expert!! - He should know!!”
Judge: “Can I see his grades?”
Lovin’ the sounds of this so far.
“Katyal said that even the challengers agreed that persons who show up at a hospital seeking treatment could be required to buy insurance on the spot.”
Under what authority could a person be compelled to do this?
DOW goes up 1,500 points if they sink this piece of shee-ite to the bottom of the ocean to keep Osama company. These judges could create hundreds of thousands of jobs with a stroke of a pen.
Win-win for America. Git ‘er done.
Sorry about the double-post ... connection hosed up and I had to re-send :)
No, Your Honor, there aren't.
Three dem judges?
I’ll be shocked if they actually apply logic and reason.
“If we uphold this, are there any limits” on the power of the federal government? he asked.”
Exactly. The socialist are using the Commerce clause to let the Federal government do what ever they want unchecked. It looks like these judges see the issues the same way we do.
If these judges strike this law down or at least the individual mandate, would the Obama administration appeal it to the Supremes, knowing that they would lilkely get their butts kicked again?
Prediction: These three Democrat-appointed judges WILL uphold the law and its individual mandate. They are just putting on a little show here with these skeptical questions — but WILL “buy” the administration’s proposed limitations (haw!) on the scope of Congress’s regulatory authority.
My son was present at this hearing today; I can’t wait to discuss it with him this evening.
Ru Roh ... Obama is about to get bitch-slapped around the Beltway !!!
Skeptical questions from three federal judges in Atlanta suggest they may be ready to declare unconstitutional all or part of the healthcare law promoted by the Obama administration and passed last year by Congress. The first thing I wanted to know when I read your anemic excerpt, which started, "A top Obama administration lawyer defending last year's healthcare law ran into skeptical questions Wednesday from three federal judges here" -- is: WHERE'S "HERE"???
Why is it always assumed that someone who has no health insurance is covered by the taxpayer? What about sending the health care recipient the bill?
I think it is acceptable to make sure people understand that if they have the opportunity to buy health insurance and choose not to then they accept liabilily for their own medical costs.
Good while your at it’d could you void out the great waygu’s birth cert?
