Doesn’t matter. Obama is going to do this with executive orders and regulations if the law is thrown out.

And congress won’t stop him.

Anyone noticing how the EPA is making destructive new laws every day?

Who will enforce such an executive order? The courts won't if the SCOTUS strikes it down and the States are already talking about nullifying ObamaCare.

Then they could go after the drilling bans...more high paid jobs. Lower cost to consumer.

You have to read it in the “BIG” Constitution, not the “pocket” version. And use some good glasses, like the USSC uses when they visit their versions of the Constitution. They observe things in same that no ordinary mortal can see.

Ah. That explains it.

I am but an ordinary mortal, and I have but the pocket version. I just read it again today, over a submarine sandwich and a glass of lemonade.

provide unrestricted access to the system

The proverbial Camel's nose under the tent. All free stuff is the totally discredited Utopian Dream - and leading to this fascist Obamacare coup d'etat, when one finally runs out of everybody else's money, and we are all bereft of anything to provide, and the system of fair exchange is gone.

It only takes pursuing simple logic to understand that most must work in order to provide for their needs, irregardless of how the bookkeeping is done. "Make" free stuff or service under force of law = enslave those who have the stuff, or can provide the service under force of law. I don't thinking whipping doctors/nurses/etc. will have the intended outcome. This is the world. Even "The One" cannot change it on a whim.

Might as well call for the tides not to turn, or the sun not to rise, as to rule that health care is free. We know this is useless!

Stuff and services are not free, they are produced by peoples' willing labor. They cannot be provided for free. Those who want to participate in using the stuff, save the charitable helpless, must participate by contributing their labor or services in sufficiency. There is no other enduring solution.

It seems to me the judge is asking the wrong question. “Is there anything saying Congress can do this?” The part of the Constitution that said that anything not explicitly given to the federal gov’t is power given to the states was given up long ago with seemingly no hope for return. The only question that is left is, Is there anything saying that Congress cannot do this? This would be the correct question in the country we live in now.

>> HURRY UP JUDGES. We are being enslaved here.

Sounds like something a gullible child would say.

Sad to contemplate there was a day where once I believed that JUDGES would rule on behalf of our liberties.

There are still good judges in this country. There are good cops, good soldiers, and good politicians, too.

Cynicism is not your friend.
