Satan sure knows how to fragment Christianity, doesn’t he? First he chopped it into denominations and now he’s splitting the denominations.
Jesus forecast the larger, overall picture of this: “The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.” -Matthew 13:33
The three measures are the Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant religions, the major divisions. Leaven represents evil.
As a fund raiser, NPR can create erection-like sock puppets with Weiner’s face on the top and do an infomercial telethon. They could sell a billion of the things and get off of the federal gov’t handout.
And if it all works out, they can followup with sock puppets for Clinton, Spitzer and McGreevey.
