The Guardasil mandate is a complaint I keep seeing pop up on these Perry threads.
Is this an accurate statement from back then?....

Parents would be allowed to opt their daughters out for medical, philosophical, religious or moral reasons, as they can do now for other required vaccines.”

Perry is a RINO. He also signed in to law an illegal income tax on businesses. Something the Texas Constitution does not allow. He has had numerous special sessions because it gives his weak position a way to set the agenda. Keep in mind that the Texas gov. Position is a week one. The Lt. gov, another RINO, Dewhurst actually runs the state.
