I don’t know anything about that... but all in one area? Sounds more like the cartels and drug runners than a serial killer.

If it was a serial killer, we would have children missing..we don’t that I know of. This is illegal alien stuff..possibly drug lord fights or some mass death in some smuggling operation ‘gone bad’. This is just awful!
