After living in Central America for many years I can see first hand the results of multi party politics. None of them can win by themselves so they have to form alliances and share the rule.

Multiparty politics, as far as I can tell, is a disaster wherever it’s used.

However, if Romney is the Republican nominee that’s a signal, to me at least, that the Repubs have a death wish and need to be replaced.

As nearly as I can understand things, our arrangement is two parties, not multi-party, and it may be time for the Repubs to be allowed to hang themselves. I know I won’t do anything to get in the way.

In 2008 I voted for Palin and what’s his name. I may vote for a Palin type and a what’s his name again, but I doubt it.

Point taken. The fact of the matter is that if it is an Obama versus Romney ticket, the need is for a second party to emerge, not a third party.
