Romney!
You STFU! and Sit this out!
None of those scenarios are possible but for your self serving arrogance!
You, Newt and others have sat on the sidelines for the last two years and you weren’t even so much as lackluster in 2008.
You have no position we care about and your duplicitous record is an enethema to me and thousands of other Freepers!
FUMR!
You SOB!
Now you stay out of this and let Americans run the country.
I WILL NOT VOTE FOR YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!
Kapish?!

Mitt:
You cannot win without the Tea Party.
So your opinion matters not one wit.

The Libertarians and their 1-2% vote siphoning have been costing conservative candidates close elections for decades.
A fake tea party candidate just cost a conservative a close election in New York.
So why shouldn't a real tea party candidate be able to cost a RINO a close election?

I think the candidates need to make an honest judgment call. Running a third party bid if it's pretty clear the only hope is to be the "spoiler" that will end up allowing Obama to stay in office would be selfish. But running a third party campaign when there is a good chance one could win is quite a different thing.
And by the way, Mitt, that does happen, so your "warning" isn't winning you any points with conservatives.

Careful, Mitt. The Tea Party may just decide that if the GOP retains Congress, they’d just as soon see Barry get re-elected if it meant watching you get ground to a bloody pulp coming in third.

Did you hear Rush played Romney's clip about his belief in man-made global warming? And Rush said, “another candidate down.” Romney is toasted.

FU romney... if you steal the nomination we will destroy you and what is left of the rotting carcass of the repubic-crat party. Either we take the party back... or we take it down... either way we lose with obama or romney. There is just no difference in what either men truly believe. obama is an outright proclaimed communist... calling himself the pc term uber progressive... mitt just lies about his real ideology... but his past record is the proof that we need to prove it. FU romney!

There is no difference between Ubama and Milt.
If Milt is the candidate, voting for a third-party conservative ticket would be better than voting for him.

I agree with Romney 100%!
But if the Republicans nominate him, they ARE the third party. I will not support that party.

What an interesting way to start a campaign - attacking and offending the very people you will need to win the general election.
This liberal lives in la-la land.

If the conservative cannot win the primary, he's even less likely to win the general election.
A Tea Party third-party run would generally mean that the Dem would win. As such, it should be reserved for those cases where the Repub nominee is such a RINO that you would prefer the Dem to win, rather than contaminate the Republican caucus with another RINO.

I will respect that if the GOP establishment will abide by the agreement as well.
Scozzafava endorsed the Democrat when she lost.
Murkowski ran as an Independent when she lost the Primary.
The Delaware GOP bailed on O’Donnell when she won the Primary.
The RSCC dragged their feet supporting Angle in Nevada when she won the Primary.
Now who is the less than trustworthy ones?
