BEIRUT (AP) — Mutinous Syrian soldiers joined forces with protesters after days of crackdowns in a tense northern region, apparently killing dozens of officers and security guards, residents and activists said Tuesday.

Let's see. Since the 80s, residents of Iraq have been banned from having any kind of bombs, even a suicide vest. So how can there be explosions?

Saw a crawl on CNN about ‘protesters’ killing 120 Syrian soldiers?! I’m thinking, “Man, those people must have heavy weapons. How does your garden-variety, socialist population aquire such weaponry and the knowledge to employ it to wipe out a re-inforced company?”

If Syrian Army units are indeed mutinying, then this has to be of immediate interest to the IDF. Probably aren’t sure if they should pass the popcorn or distribute the ammunition (just in case).

Al Qaeda in Iraq was largely based out of Syria. The Salafi Sunnis and Muslim Brotherhood are making another run at taking over Syria.
