I believe the bill was passed before ANYONE could look at it - remember the hurry about those who had preexisting conditions? All the drama and gnashing of teeth? Turns out there aren't that many of those people in the country - and the rest of it will take forever ... yada, yada... Ya gotta love the liberal liars - they pulled that scam off...
