Thanks PROCON.
A group of Florida physicians filed a federal lawsuit on Monday seeking to overturn a new state law that limits doctors' ability to ask patients about guns in the home.
"Do you have firearms in your house?"
"You mean like this one? [bang!] [thud!]
[phone button sounds] "Yes, hi, are there any other preferred providers in my area?"

But seriously, the first thing a doctor needs to hear is, "if you bring up anything about firearms, you can kiss my business goodbye, and forget about having good word of mouth. Is your role in my rights under the Constitution all clear now?"

Is there a list of the plaintiffs on this ridiculous lawsuit? Because a national class-action against every last one of their sorry asses wouldn't be a bad idea.

The doctor I go to charges by the minute. He doesn’t waste my time. I don’t waste his.
