I knew the DC Police are not exactly the finest force in the world (apologies to any good, hardworking cops down there), but this man looks like a depraved criminal.
Which, if what he is accused of is even 1/2 true he is.
They are saying the baby was left in the car for days.
I cannot get over how sick this is.
Can he be extradited to TX for his execution?
Did he commit this crime on Fed’l territory so he can be executed?

There was a big scandal in the late ‘80s because a bunch of DC cops turned out to have criminal records and others were just thugs. DC begged Congress for money to hire hundreds of new cops during the cocaine and crack craze of the late ‘70s when crime in DC was way out of control.
