Shotgun flechette rounds will go through kevlar....
I wonder if they would give enough bump to knock over a shield holder though? I’m thinking a 300 gr Barnes solid at 2550 fps would do the trick. It might not penetrate a Kevlar helmet, but it would sure ring the chimes of anyone in there! :)
