Not to put you off, sir, but I’m not in the Bachmann-bashing business. Yet.

Let’s just say that she’s no outsider and leave it at that. Hiring Rollins is plenty of evidence.

She would have done better with Bob Beckel. /sarc

On a serious note she could have done better with Pat Caddell.

Great, Ronald Reagan is a RINO now.

I’m sure Rollins will do for Bachmann what he did for Huckabee. Get her a job on Fox.

So is Rollins more or less

A) slimy and
B) 'moderate'

than most GOP operatives?

I don't know enough about that field to tell. I feel like if I say Rollins is one of the worst, I'm being far too kind to the rest of the bunch, and if he's one of the best, I'm being far too kind to him.

Fair enough. And I wasn’t fishing for “bash” just for information. But you are right - hiring Rollins is very much an insider thing to do, especially at this point in Rollin’s career. He is like Rove, absolutely no political soul and available for hire to anyone he thinks can pay him.

The facts are what they are...

Legislatively speaking she got out her depth when she left state government. I'm not sure she could win a state wide election much less deliver Minnesota in a national election.

Either her intentions are less than honorable or some of the old guard has blown smoke up her behind and convinced her she can go places she is not ready to go.

For sale to the highest bidder to manage any campaign. Core beliefs unimportant. Will promote any political stance from liberal to conservative. Cash only. Call Ed, 1-800-GEE-WHIZ

The Huck connection. I wonder who’s paying for Ed. He doesn’t work cheaply.

When MB makes her official announcement she will end her career as a conservative politician. She will have allowed vanity to lure her to do the establishment’s bidding.

Cross another one off the list.
Geez, this is getting predictably disappointing with this crop of candidates.
Go Sarah!

It is a surprise to me, Rollins is a heavy hitter, doesn't come cheap either...

The sorry truth is that our team of pols is filled with overblown egos who can be massaged into just about anything.

The stop-Palin movement from the RINO Establishment is in high gear, and Mrs. Bachmann unfortunately seems to be part of it.

If memory serves, RINO Howard Baker as COS for Reagan hired Rollins to run the 84 campaign. (Lee Atwater ran 80). Anyone could have run the 84 campaign. In fact, Reagan started pulling away from Mondale when he ditched his campaigners advise and just went “Reagan” on them.

Again, “if memory serves...” I think this is accurate.

Bob's brother Graham (aka Ellis Wyatt) would have been a far better choice.

I'm betting that Turdblossum signs on with Romney.
