Don’t the illegal aliens have to prove they were residents of the state for x number of years before qualifying for in-state tuition?
That’s the way Arkansas’s law is. If that’s the case, then it really isn’t unfair to residents of other states,
If you’re not going to deport them, then you need to treat them the same as everyone else. The real question is why weren’t they deported long before they met the in-state eligibility requirements? And why aren’t they deported now.
