Stupid thing? The Argentines used force to decided disputed territory. On that basis, if Mexico invaded Texas to take it back, then presumably it would be "stupid" to fight them?

The US was not "condemned" for saving Grenada. The Brits just registered their displeasure at the action. What did you expect if the US invaded a Commonwealth country?

Hong Kong was not "given" to China. The lease ran out on the new territories and the island itself is not tenable. What would you want her to do? Fight China for it? Yeah that's going to work well.
