In fact I've predicted many times here on FR that Biden will come down with a totally faked "illness" (presumably related to his actual aneurysm med history) and Hillary will get the VP nod.
They have already telegraphed this, IMHO, when Hillary stated that she will quit politics. (Thus quelling her prez nomination supporters).
Dems always prefer the sneaky, deceitful route, so seems to be a likely scenario to moi.

That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking. The GOP, of course, will continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and won’t have the White House again for 12 years.
It happened in 1860 and that didn’t work out so well. I think that Obama will be pushed out some way before the election. Seeing the death of the Democratic Party with him at the head, the Dems figure a way to dispose of him. Biden will be President—he will select Hillary as his VP—then he will step aside for “health reasons.” Hill will select Kerry as her VP—to face Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney in the election. Hill will win in a very close race. Hillary will take apart much of Obama’s agenda or change it dramatically. Tea Party will die as the nation goes Middle of the Road. My Predictions.
