A theory here. The economy is beginning to affect everyone. Most people are having to cut back somewhere. Perhaps they are not able to afford the same quantity or quality of drugs, and sobriety is beginning to make inroads? Just speculation.
I,d say so:
House has no value, interest on savings near zero, no job to be found. I think tens of millions are in this situation.
No hope but plenty of change.
