Howard Dean, the former Democratic National Committee chairman who helped Democrats capture the White House in 2008, warns that Sarah Palin could defeat President Obama in 2012.
Dean says his fellow Democrats should beware of inside-the-Beltway conventional wisdom that Obama would crush Palin in a general-election contest next year.
I think she could win, Dean told The Hill in an interview Friday. She wouldnt be my first choice if I were a Republican but I think she could win.

She wouldnt be my first choice if I were a Republican but I think she could win. .............................................. 1st you are not a Republican, but there are many Democrats in the Republican Party. It has gotten down to the point where there is no difference between the 2 parties, and the only major item that interests them are their own benefits that they come together and vote on. To many of our congressmen are career politicians, its time to put an end to it. Can Obama be beaten? You bet he can, I would think he is well aware of it. He is milking the position for all its worth. (There goes another set of silverware from the White House come 2012.)
Sarahs already got my vote - she just needs what - 60 million more?
Perhaps only around 50 million...the voter intensity for Obama may be severely waning.
Look for Sarah Louise Palin at your local pecinct next year. **Accept no substitutes!**
Good heavens, no. It is just an example of the stopped-clock syndrome.
