You hear what you chose to hear and will never see that which you refuse to see.
Poor you.
Just what ounce of that do you think is inaccurate?
Read up on history which doesn’t include wikipedia and you will find out that she was correct or just look here on FR in the past 24 hours
Um, no, Palin got it right.
“A townsman remembered that ‘repeated gunshots, the beating of drums and the ringing of bells filled the air.’.... Along the North Shore of Massachusetts, church bells began to toll and the heavy beat of drums could be heard for many miles in the night air.”
~From “Paul Revere’s Ride,” by David Hackett Fischer (Oxford University Press 1994)
I’ll tell you what is a bit strange. I have known a few bona fide geniuses in my day, and often they have so well comprehended a subject that they bypass popular misunderstandings like they’re not even there, and in the process can sound out of touch, but only to those who have not achieved the same level of understanding. Im wondering now whether Palin is letting slip the reason why shes been so quick and correct about so many issues that seem to have eluded the professional political class, why her campaign is so effective as a form of asymmetrical warfare, and why some of her deeper system opponents are trying so hard to take her out of the picture. Genius at work? Just maybe?
That’s cuz your knowledge of history is botched.
