Old alliances are shaking out — Algeria has troops on the ground in Libya, as does Chad, and other African nations, and we’re seeing the last stand against an al-Qaeda takeover. BRICS was for the intervention before it was against it. Basically, Zero is trying to appear to be doing 50s-style brinkmanship, and is really just pushing the world into world war.
