I’m a CPA. I help people hide abilities, legally, but I’m not naive, and I’ve been doing this for 36 years. There are people who do this illegally. The more resources are distributed according to abilities and needs, the more people will be motivated to hide abilities and demonstrate needs, bringing about the need for officials to determine needs and abilities, which is the end of our liberty.
