Sarah has more ability in her smallest finger than any of the other candidates in this race for POTUS ‘12. [excerpt] SARAH: NH IS NOTHING SPECIAL. Sununu said he was surprised that Palin dissed New Hampshire voters earlier this week just a few days before she stops by.
According to CNN.com, Palin said, “I honestly don’t look at states according to when their primaries are. To me, an American is an American no matter what their primary election dates.”
Palin said New Hampshire voters are special, “but not just because they have a certain date of a primary election. They’re special because they are Americans and obviously they want jobs, they want safety in their communities, they want strong national defense, they want the same things that everybody else wants, so I don’t know, I guess that’s that non-politician in me not looking at a New Hampshire voter any differently just because they have, you know, an earlier primary than somebody else.”
Sununu responded, “I’m surprised she doesn’t have any more respect than that for the state of New Hampshire, which has served as the launching pad for many conservative Presidents. A lot of people who are running this time have a much nicer perspective on New Hampshire than that.” [end excerpt]
