Herman Cain supported TARP bailouts.

He supported Bush's TARP (which wasn't really a bailout), but mostly the government buying back the troubled assets that banks and consumers and businesses were holding on to that weren't worth the paper they were printed on.

Are you serious? "Bush's TARP" was still bad. Are you a capitalist? The you shouldn't believe in bailing out failing companies.
