I can beat that one. On Memorial day weekend I got pulled over and fined for not wearing a seatbelt. I was only 1/4 mile from my neighborhood which was in view.KLBJ has been talking about the 10 yr old Leander boy who was ticketed by a Williamson county deputy for incorrectly wearing his seat belt. You fellow central Texans surely remember the Attwater vs Lago Vista seat belt case that went to SCOTUS.
