Our constitution allows freedom of religion, and seperation of church and state, but when is something NOT a religion?
It would seem to me a simple definition is that any freedom of religion rights would be the rights to your own PERSONAL beliefs, not to include the right to impose those beliefs on others- especially ‘by the sword’.
When you try to impose that believe on others, it is no longer a religion but a violation of someone elses rights.
When you try to impose those beliefs (i.e. “Sharia Law”) to replace our constitution it becomes treason or at least subversion. Any one who professes to do that should then be deported immediately and/or jailed if they took any action for impose those beliefs on others or subvert the comstitution.

I couldn’t agree more with you. If a person’s first duty is to follow the laws of islam, then they could think of themselves as citizens of islam? And would this not be a much different creature/citizen then the world has ever known? It would mean citizenship is no longer loyalty to one’s nationality, place of birth, homeland, etc, but is designated by the ideology one submits to or is dominated by, such as that which wants to form a one world government or caliphate, which is islam.
This Saudi cleric is a real winner. He is the same guy that is promoting breast fondling...to avoid charges of adultery (don't worry there is a perfectly good "sharia" explanation to follow (sarc)):

Was supposed to do some *ahem* work back in mid nineties in Sudan, I think I wrote about this before. The Sudanese politicos, most were corrupts but some really wanted a team down in the South trying to buy back slave; they were selling in Chad or Liya at $5.00( American ) a head. We wanted weapons and an exfil but was going to be paid well and "no weapons." We said no dice. " We wanted to live and wanted the slaves to live.
At the time Sudan had over a million Christians( and others) murdered, then afterward it got worse. Some of the men who tried organizing this were killed, went to ground, one coup knocked out the politicos with on fell muslime swoop. So what is the number in Sudan no, 2.5 million dead, a million or more refugees?
So it has begun, well it started back in the 70's picked up steam and took off in the 80's then after killing each other( over a few million) they turned their hearts toward the great and little satan and now our men in the government are playing WITH the muslime B-hood! They're bringing these people to the WH, letting these a$$wipes build mosques and lketting many like Hasan( Ft Hoood) get away with murder! It's atrocious, where is the moral intestinal fortitude of our leaders? Why did we not blow Somalia? Why not Sudan? Chino's are in there and they PAY these corrupr rapists as long as they get their oil.
Off on a tangent again, older now and I almost feel like maybe, maybe I should have taken that job in Sudan, but there would have been no news, no outrage, just as no one is demanding accountability anywhere in the muslime world as "democracy" is blinding the delusional MSM, the freaky weirdo libeerals that seem to think,'hey if Code Pink is standing with Hamas( do they know how much money Code Pink is paying them to stay alive??)well it'll be safe for me, I have my bible, I have by Torah' Yeah right, idiots have no clue how bad it can get, no clue.
