Right. We can pour lots of $$$ of “foreign aid” that does not actually help the poor folks in Africa, but let them try something to help themselves, like build a modern highway to move goods and people more efficiently, and suddenly the wildebeest are more important?
If I were this administration, I’d be a hell of a lot more worried about the Marxist/totalitarian road they’re cutting through our constitution.

Exactly why I clicked on this thread. Does the U.S. have to tell every country in the world what to do? 0bungles seems to have doubled or tripled down on this unfortunate policy.
