AB508 would require moped riders to register their vehicles at the DMV (oh, joy!), pay a new Government Regulation Tax (license fee) and wear a government-approved safety helmet all under penalty of law. Yet another example of the nanny state running amok under Democrat leadership in the Legislature while Nevada continues to enjoy the nations highest unemployment and foreclosure rates.

Nanny State PING!
The Republican Party in Nevada is a false flag operation.
They’ve been taken over by the whores for Reid, licking up the scraps from his table.

Some Republicans are no better that a communists liberal. Government is becoming anti American freedom grabbing junk.
Describes the Republican Party in Delaware to a T. And much of it in Maryland, I do believe. Tolerance will correct me if I'm wrong.
Its easier to remove the democrat from the party than to remove the democrat from the democrat......
Many republicans are still democrats..
My state senator sponsored a bill to ban plastic bags!
Honestly I don’t know why these people remain Republicans when they believe in state control of things like whether one can choose a plastic bag when they’re buying groceries.

Thanks for the ping!
